LIST OF SERVICE PROVIDERS

CAPACITY BUILDING PROJECT
Project Director: Adriana Ballén

While a grant check is the most valuable contribution a foundation can make, money alone does not ensure that a group will have sustained impact. Our core aim is to invest in a group's long-term success by providing what it needs to build an effective organization.

Our services currently include:

Organizational Development
Community Consulting Network (CCN) partners with non-profit organizations to improve their effectiveness and performance, align their strategic directions, and optimize their capacity to meet challenges through consultation, coaching, training and assessment and evaluation.
